Projects & Experiments
Building, learning, and solving problems with technology.
I'm Joshua Muniz, a B2B technology sales professional with experience in cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, and enterprise SaaS.
My sales career has included business development roles at Cloudflare, Ambient.ai, Greymatter.io, and Reciprocity, where I developed new business opportunities, engaged technical decision-makers, built pipeline, and conducted discovery and product demonstrations.
Outside of my professional sales experience, I've continued exploring technology through independent projects.
I enjoy taking an idea, researching the tools needed to make it work, building an initial version, identifying what doesn't work, and improving it through experimentation. Troubleshooting is now my best friend.
This page highlights some of those projects and what I've learned along the way.
01. The Boxer Bond
Digital Publishing • Brand Development • Content Management • E-commerce
Website: https://www.theboxerbond.com
The Boxer Bond is a digital educational platform I created around my love for the Boxer dog breed, focusing on health, nutrition, training, behavior, and responsible ownership.
What I've built
- Developed and launched a dedicated website using Ghost CMS.
- Established an educational content library covering Boxer training, health, and everyday ownership challenges.
- Built a digital media presence across multiple social platforms.
- Developed educational digital products and explored affiliate-based monetization.
- Experimented with AI-assisted content workflows to support research, planning, and publishing.
Tools & Technologies
Ghost CMS • Domain Management • AI-Assisted Content Workflows • Social Media Platforms • Digital Publishing Tools
What I've learned
Building The Boxer Bond has taught me how to turn an idea into a functioning digital platform, communicate with a defined audience, develop products around customer needs, and continually improve an online business.
Key takeaway: A successful digital product begins with understanding the audience and providing something valuable. It always starts with a problem and sometimes your customers will tell you exactly what the problem is.

02. AI Assistants & Website Integrations
Generative AI • Custom GPTs • API Integrations • Technical Problem-Solving
I've spent some time experimenting and building with custom GPTs & chatbots. I've always wanted to chat with some of the most prolific business leaders of the past, so I built a chatbot to do just that!
What I've worked on
- Developed a custom GPT concept focused on helping Boxer owners understand training and behavioral challenges.
- Built and experimented with a website-based AI assistant designed around entrepreneurial learning, business concepts, and ideas from books I've studied. Basically a mentor chatbot.
- Explored connecting AI tools and APIs with website experiences.
- Worked through configuration, integration challenges, and troubleshooting independently.
Tools & Technologies
ChatGPT • Custom GPTs • API Integrations • Website Configuration • Prompt Design
What I've learned
These experiments have strengthened my ability to learn unfamiliar technology, break technical problems into manageable steps, and evaluate what makes a digital experience useful to its audience. Troubleshooting is something I am now comfortable with because none of the tech I've built works 100% of the time right out of the box.
They've also reinforced an important lesson: a working idea usually requires research, testing, iteration, and patience.
Key takeaway: Technical curiosity becomes valuable when it's paired with execution and an understanding of the problem being solved. I genuinely have fun experimenting & building out solutions to problems I'm seeing in the marketplace.

03. Pet Pulse Tech Solutions
Business Process Research • Veterinary Technology • AI Automation
Website: https://www.joshuamuniz.com
Pet Pulse Tech Solutions is an independent venture I'm developing to explore how technology and automation can help veterinary clinics improve their daily operations.
My focus has been on understanding the business challenges faced by independent veterinary practices—including high call volumes, manual scheduling, client communication, appointment follow-ups, and administrative workload.
What I've worked on
- Researched common operational challenges affecting veterinary practices.
- Explored how AI-assisted intake, automated reminders, and scheduling workflows might improve clinic operations.
- Developed business concepts and proposed service offerings centered on practical workflow improvements.
- Experimented with CRM, form-building, scheduling, and automation tools as part of my solution research.
Tools & Technologies
HubSpot • Automation Platforms • Online Forms • Scheduling Tools • AI Workflow Design
What I've learned
This project has helped me look at technology through the perspective of a business owner and prospective customer.
Rather than starting with a product and searching for a use case, I've focused on understanding operational problems first and identifying where technology could create measurable value.
Project status: Independent research, solution design, and experimentation.
Key takeaway: Understanding the customer's problem is more important than simply demonstrating a product's features.
How These Projects Connect to My Sales Career
My background in business development taught me how to research accounts, identify decision-makers, uncover opportunities, and communicate the value of technical products.
My independent projects have added another perspective: what it feels like to evaluate tools, build workflows, troubleshoot technology, and make decisions about where to spend time and resources.
Together, these experiences have strengthened my interest in consultative, value-based technology sales.
I'm currently pursuing opportunities to grow from business development into a full-cycle Account Executive position, with a long-term goal of selling complex enterprise technology.
I bring experience creating opportunities, a willingness to learn, and genuine curiosity about how technology helps businesses succeed.
Let's Connect
I'm interested in connecting with sales leaders, technology professionals, founders, and teams building products that solve meaningful business problems.
